Different personalization options are offered for each of the products sold through BuyRewardsDirect.com:

For the your choice® card: A custom message can be printed on the front of each your choice® card. The custom message is entered during the card ordering process and can be up to 21 characters long. If a custom message is not entered when ordering your choice® cards, the message will default to "It's Your Choice".

For the your rewards® card: A custom message can be printed on the front of each your rewards® card. The custom message is entered during the card ordering process and can be up to 21 characters long. If a custom message is not entered when ordering your rewards® cards, the message will default to "It's Your Reward".

For the your rewards® points program: The business / company named entered on the user profile for the BuyRewardsDirect.com account used to issue points will be included in the email notification each recipient receives when points are issued.

Can I cancel an order once it is placed?
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.

How will my order be shipped?
Most items that are in stock and shipped directly from our Distribution Center in Fenton, MO, will be shipped via standard ground service. Larger items ship via common carrier. Other items that are shipped directly from the manufacturer will be shipped according to manufacturer's shipping guidelines. Please reference the "Ordering Information" section for complete details.

What is your return policy?
No returns or refunds are offered for the reward cards and reward points sold through BuyRewardsDirect.com.

How is the your choice® card redeemed?
The your choice® card can be used for purchases at any of the 60+ participating retailers. Simply present the your choice® card as a form of payment (like a credit card) for the transaction. If the card does not have sufficient points for the total purchase, most merchants will accept another form of payment to cover the amount due in excess of the balance on the your choice® card. Please refer to the merchant terms and conditions included in the card packet or the www.yccardonline.com website for more information.

Where can the your choice® card be used?
The your choice® card can be redeemed at more than 60 top retailers and travel and entertainment providers. Each your choice® card includes a "shopping guide" that lists the merchants where the your choice® card can be redeemed. The merchant list is also available online at www.yccardonline.com.

Can the your choice® card be used for online shopping?
The your choice® card can be used to shop online from the exclusive your choice® rewards collection. To access this exclusive collection, open a web browser to www.awardhq.com, enter the your choice® card number where prompted, and access will be provided to browse and place orders from the online rewards collection.

Do your choice® Cards expire?
your choice® cards expire 6 months from the date of issuance. The expiration date will be printed on the card as month and year. The card will expire on the last day of the month and year printed on the front of the card.
